For light and medium compaction work. The D-series models are suited to compacting non-cohesive soils (sand, gravel, rubble), weakly cohesive soils and hydraulically bound materials. The PD-models are primarily used on strongly cohesive soils with a high water content. H-series models distinguish themselves through high gradeability and drives with more powerful torque capacities. They are designed especially for working in trenches.
The BW 124 has one frequency and two amplitudes as standard. Both are perfectly matched to the static linear load of the roller for reliable compaction results across a range of earthworks applications. This model provides contractors with massive compaction power for this class of roller.
