Dr. Ingo Ettischer has been President and CEO of BOMAG since July 2024. In 2023, he took over responsibility for the production, planning, logistics and purchasing divisions at BOMAG in his capacity as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, the physicist with a doctorate spent 21 years at Mercedes-Benz AG in the truck, van and passenger car divisions in various global management and production roles. Prior to that, he worked for 5 years in top management consultancy.
As the Chief Financial Officer, Dirk Woll has been in charge of the finance, IT and legal departments since 2015. Before joining BOMAG, he held various management positions in the mechanical engineering and automotive industries, including at Eberspächer and Bruker.
Jonathan Stringham is responsible for the BOMAG Group’s global sales and marketing. Prior to this, he was responsible for strategy, marketing and digitisation. Before joining BOMAG, Jonathan Stringham held various management positions in business consulting, corporate strategy and product management.
Michael Grünewald is responsible for the service and solutions department worldwide. Before that, he was in charge of the sales department for the markets in Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East; he was also responsible for the expansion of dealer networks. Michael Grünewald has been with BOMAG since 1989.
Katja Hahn has been in charge of the BOMAG Group’s human resources division worldwide since 2023. She has worked for BOMAG since 2005, initially looking after various business units as well as the training department as an HR officer and, from 2017, taking over responsibility for operational and strategic HR work at the Boppard site as head of HR.
Dr. Eng. Stefan Forkert has been in charge of the engineering department since 2018 and the quality department since 2022. Before joining BOMAG, the mechanical engineer led CLAAS Group's Harvester product sector and was also responsible for the Product Development department in China and India.
Philipp Röhrle has been in charge of BOMAG’s global planer business since February 2023. Röhrle joined BOMAG in 2018 as Head of Product Management Light Equipment & Asphalt. Three years later, he took over the position of Director Global Marketing.Prior to that, the graduate industrial engineer was a senior product manager at Kärcher for nine years, where he was responsible for developing the municipal technology business field.
Marco Faulhaber has held a management position in the FAYAT Group since 2012 as head of the asphalt business unit. From 2017 and 2021, he was the Senior Vice President of Market Operations at the affiliated company Dynapac. Before joining the FAYAT Group, Marco Faulhaber worked for the MAN Group for many years, including over ten years in management positions in China and Southeast Asia.
Since October 2024, Tim Eisfeld has been in charge of the light equipment business unit and is a member of the Board of Management. After joining the company in 2011, he has held various key positions in product management and marketing in Europe, Asia and North America.
