Professional solutions for compaction technology and asphalt construction.Light Equipment
BOMAG's compact electric vibratory plate is a true all-rounder and can be used for light earthworks, asphalt construction and paving. The machine incorporates decades of experience from BOMAG's experts in efficient compaction technology.
The electric vibratory plate can also be used where strict emission limits must be met: in tunnels, buildings or trenches - protecting the machine operator from exhaust fumes.
The electric vibratory plate complies with regulations regarding direct CO2 emissions. It is ideally suited for inner-city construction sites, particularly for repair or touch-up work.
With an electrically powered vibratory plate, you don't need to replace the fuel filter or engine oil. This saves money. An electric drive runs virtually maintenance free.
And the everyday running costs are also considerably lower - electric power is still cheaper than petrol and diesel.
The folding guide bar is mounted on large silent blocks made of rubber. This reduces hand-arm vibrations to a minimum.
The vibratory plate also stands out with its highly robust, well-thought-out, all-round enclosed design. The result: greater protection for machine and operator and noticeably fewer repairs.
The water tank can be refilled quickly through a large opening.
The guide bar can be folded in for easy transportation. The machine then has a very compact transport size.
Optional, custom-fit plastic mats provide optimum protection for the surface during paving work.
Also available: retractable transport wheels for fast transport on the job site.
The electric vibratory plate's compact dimensions and low weight make it particularly easy to manoeuvre. During operation, the BOMAG vibratory plate achieves a working speed of up to 25 m/min. Thanks to the straight base plate edge, even precise compaction along kerbs or walls is no problem.
BOMAG's electric vibratory plate can be fitted with the same batteries used in the BT 60 e electric tamper. Replacing the powerpack is straightforward and of course requires no tools.
The electric vibratory plate is every bit as good as its petrol-powered sister. It is particularly powerful. Fill heights of up to 25 cm on gravel or sand or 20 cm on mixed soils are no problem for this all-rounder.
The highly wear-resistant base plate is made of GGG 50 (nodular graphite cast iron).
BOMAG's single direction vibratory plate with rechargeable battery can be started reliably at low temperatures. During operation, an LED display shows the current charge status.
The electric vibratory plate can be fitted with the eP20 (20 Ah) and eP28 (28 Ah) battery packs. The capacity should be sufficient for an average working day in both cases.
